How To Make A Rosemary Hair Rinse For Fast Hair Growth

The medicinal properties of rosemary as a tonic and stimulant to the nerves and circulation make it a popular remedy for combating general fatigue and depression, and for improving poor circulation. Rosemary also enhances memory and concentration by increasing blood flow to the head.

Today, I would love to share an article about “Natural Hair Rinse: Rosemary Herbal Hair Tea For Hair Growth”. In this article, you will be able to learn how to make natural hair rinse for fast hair growth.

Why Is Rosemary Good For Your Hair?

Rosemary has many different uses, and is frequently associated with hair growth. Rosemary contains certain organic compounds (phenolic diterpenes, flavonoidsphenolic acids and essential oils)  that help to stimulate your scalp circulation, that in-turn promotes new and faster hair growth.

Rosemary works to condition your hair, making it really shiny and helps with scalp health by relieving itchy dry scalp and dandruff. One of the easiest ways to capture these benefits is to make a herbal hair tea or herbal hair rinse.

How To Make Rosemary Hair Rinse

Step 1: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and place in vessel of choice (french press, tea pot).
Step 2: Add rosemary (fresh, dried or rosemary essential oil)
Step 3: Allow to infuse (steep) for at least 30 minutes. I prefer to allow the rosemary to infuse until the water has cooled to room temperature. You could even allow this to steep overnight if desired.
Step 4: Strain and pour into vessel of choice (plastic is always safest for use in the bathroom).
Optional: Add the vinegar and stir to combine

Hair Rinse Usage Directions

Step 1: Wash your hair as you normally would.
Step 2: Rinse the shampoo, No Poo or Low Poo (depending on what you use) from your hair.
Step 3: Pour approx. 1/2 the herbal tea rinse over your head (don’t get it in your eyes!)
Step 4 : Allow to sit on hair for 3-5 minutes
Step 5: EITHER: Rinse out with cool (as cool as you can stand) water or leave in.
